Sophie Pascoe
Kia Ora Bloggers today I will be writing about Sophie Pascoe and if you do not know how that is I will tell you. When Pascoe was 2 her father ran her foot over by a ride-on lawnmower. When Pascoe was 7 she found the love of swimming. At 15 she was the youngest person on the New Zealand team in Beijing 2008 where she won 3 gold and 1 silver in the water Cube.
Pascoe was born in 1993 in Christchurch New Zealand. Sophie Pascoe was awarded the Halberg award for disabled sportsperson of the in 2011,2012,2013,2015,2019 and 2019. She was also named Para athlete of the decade for 2010 - 2020.
