KIA ORA bloggers today I am writing about Mindfulness. Mindfulness is about paying attention to the here and now with curiosity and patience. In Mindfulness they say that there nothing for you to do we do a little shake at the start and then we go in to mountain pose. This is when you close your eyes and palms face the front, then Whaea Stefanie tells you to do five candle breaths. A candle breath is when you close your eyes then in your mind you imagine a candle and blow it five times making sure the flame on the candle doesn't go out.Next thing your going to do so sit down then lie down on your back breath in then out ten times remember that you have nothing to do this is a time just for you. When you get annoyed or angry you can breath in and out it will help you calm down.
