KIA ORA bloggers today I will be writing about the slip and slide. The slip and slide was on and hill it was very far down but I wasn't scary
because at the bottom the was a red mattress so when we get to the bottom we would not go straight into the grass when we are at the bottom but there two boys and they had to move them after we go up to the top of the slop in a line with our buddy we had to go in pears my buddy was Martin we did lots of cool tricks on the way down we did the football celebration then we did the penguin when we slide on our tummy's then our backs after that we had to get our clothes and bring them in the pool so we had to put water on our salves because on the slip in slide there was soup so the teachers sprayed us with a hose before we got into the pool.I am the one with lots of soup on my face. Mindfulness
KIA ORA bloggers today I am writing about Mindfulness. Mindfulness is about paying attention to the here and now with curiosity and patience. In Mindfulness they say that there nothing for you to do we do a little shake at the start and then we go in to mountain pose. This is when you close your eyes and palms face the front, then Whaea Stefanie tells you to do five candle breaths. A candle breath is when you close your eyes then in your mind you imagine a candle and blow it five times making sure the flame on the candle doesn't go out.Next thing your going to do so sit down then lie down on your back breath in then out ten times remember that you have nothing to do this is a time just for you. When you get annoyed or angry you can breath in and out it will help you calm down.
